With his deep insight in various information technologies and background in electrical engineering, applying proven engineering practices to software development has been Victor’s passion.
“The GCQ’s Clinical Control and Command drew my attention even before I joined the company. It connected with some of my previous experience with DICOM and HL7 messaging, and I became very interested in how it could be used efficiently to aggregate and exchange medical information throughout the universe of medical systems and devices. Most importantly, though, how it could be used to improve the experience of patients and healthcare professionals, and I am convinced we have a very exciting and capable product here.”
